N Hillman & Sons negotiated the Contract to construct a new block of 9 luxury apartments.
The original scheme was for 6 no. 2 bed apartments and 3 no. 1 bed apartments. We reviewed the overall design and via the minor amendment process, successfully added bedrooms in 2 of the 1 bed apartments significantly increasing the value of the site for our Client.
This scheme is currently under construction.

- Appraisal of the approved drawings.
- Submission of minor amendments to Planning Authority.
- Discharging all Planning Conditions.
- Preparation of construction drawings
- Submission of Building Regulations application
- Regular communication with Approved Inspector to ensure Building Control compliance.
- Regular visits to site.
- Coordinating construction drawings with M & E Services and Interior Designer.
