Flamingo Park

Cray Wanderers FC obtained approval from London Borough of Bromley for a new clubhouse and football pitch at Flamingo Park in 2016. The application was later turned down by the Mayor of London.

The new in-house architectural design team of N Hillman & Sons joined the design team in June 2016 to prepare all planning drawings for the revised scheme. The new proposals seek to satisfy both the London Borough of Bromley and the Mayor of London.

The revised scheme was approved by Bromley Council Planning Committee in 2018.

  • Preparation of Pre Application drawings for submission to London Borough of Bromley and the GLA.
  • Development of the design in accordance with Pre Application feedback.
  • Finalisation of planning drawings and submission of full detailed planning application.
