Nightingale Grove

N Hillman & Sons acquired, designed, secured planning permission and built apartments on the site of a former Victoria building whilst retaining the original façade.

The development included the careful retention of the existing Victorian façade whilst demolishing the rear portion of the building and excavating a new basement, to provide 7 no. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for the private rental market.
