Limes Grove

N Hillman & Sons acquired, designed, secured planning permission and built apartments on the site of an existing pre-war house that had originally been built on a bomb-damaged site.

The development included the demolition of the existing property and the construction of a four-storey block of 3 no. 1 and 2-bedroom luxury apartments for private rental. The building was carefully designed to match the existing Victorian design of its neighbours.
