N Hillman & Sons acquired and built apartments on the site of two former Victoria retail properties.

The development required the careful demolition of the rear of the building whilst retaining the original Victorian façade, rebuilding the rear of the property to provide two new retail units, two offices and 9 no. 1 bedroom flats, all for private rental.
