Chislehurst High Street
7 High Street Chislehurst was originally a 2 storey commercial building for which the land owner had obtained Planning Permission for an additional storey of office space. N Hillman & Sons negotiated the contract to carry out the construction work.
Prior to construction we were able to make amendments to the approved scheme to increase the floorspace of the new offices and maximise the value of the site.
