N Hillman & Sons acquired, designed, secured planning permission and built luxury apartments on the site of a former building which has been declared unsafe.
The development included the demolition of the dangerous building formerly on the site, the excavation of a new basement and the construction of a three-storey block of 4 luxury 1 and 2-bedroom apartments for the rental market.
