Parade of shops on ground floor with accommodation over. The landowner had previously secured Planning Permission for the reconfiguration of 4 existing apartments to create 8 single-occupancy apartments.

N Hillman & Sons have joined with the landowner to enhance the original design and maximise the value of the site.

We prepared new design encompassing the entire first and second floor levels and were successful in obtaining Planning Permission for 12 apartments in total all to London Plan standards.

Following this we have submitted a further application for a total of 18 apartments, all to London Plan standards, which will be determined in May 2018.
