Ennersdale Road
N Hillman & Sons acquired, designed, secured planning permission and built apartments on the site of three derelict retail shops.
The development included the demolition of the shops, excavation of a new basement and construction of a four-storey block of 14 no. 1 and 2 bedroom luxury apartments for private rental alongside 2,000 sq ft of ground floor office space which houses N Hillman & Sons offices.
