N Hillman & Sons acquired and built apartments on the site of a former Victoria building whilst retaining the original façade.
The development required the careful demolition of the rear of the building whilst retaining the original façade, rebuilding the rear of the property to provide 5 self-contained units including 1 and 2-bedroom apartments for private rental.
