In 2010 N Hillman and sons secured the contract to undertake internal demolition and structural alterations to convert two existing retails units into one large retail unit and office accommodation. Later in 2016, Hillmans were contracted to build a 2-storey extension to the rear of the property to provide additional office accommodation.
