N Hillman & Sons acquired, designed, secured planning permission and built a small development of houses and apartments on the site of an existing dilapidated warehouse and scaffolding yard.

The development included the demolition of the warehouse and clearing of the site, Hillmans then constructed 7 no. 2,3 & 4 bedroom family homes and 5 no. self-contained units for sale and private rental.
