N Hillman & Sons acquired, designed, secured planning permission and built apartments on the site of a former single residential property.

The development included the demolition and removal of the existing house, and the construction of a three story plus penthouse block of 10 no. 1 and 2 bedroom luxury apartments for sale on the open market.
